What makes McDonald's french fries taste different from the fries of other fast food restaurants?
other restaurants buy from the same processing companies, use Russet burbanks, and have similer fryers. but McDonald's make fries in a mix that is 7% cottonseed oil and 93% beef tallow.which gives them there unique flaver. page 119 an 120
